Mister Kabab - Ortigas

Bf and I frequented Mr. Kabab in West Avenue until I discovered their branch in Ortigas. Why didn't I know it before? Mister Kabab in Ortigas is located in Pearl Drive, within the vicinity of University of Asia and the Pacific, and I pass by that area on my way home every afternoon. It's probably due to the lack of visible signage that I didn't notice.

We had two orders of their special beef chelo kabab and an order of their sizzling cream dory during our first visit in their Ortigas branch. The waitresses were prompt and we didn't have to wait long for our food to be served.

Their bestseller, the special beef chelo kabab, is really yummy and I like it spicy. Did you ever experience not enjoying your meal because the rice wasn't cooked well? No worries, Mister Kabab's steamed rice is perfect. Don't forget the grilled, juicy tomatoes.

The cream dory was a little burnt so it was bitter.

On a different visit, we had keema with eggplant that we both like so much. It's full of flavor and they have a very generous serving.

We always leave the restaurant very full but our bill never exceeded 500 pesos. The food they serve is worth every peso. Can't wait to visit Mister Kabab again.
